Rebeca Elen is a legal consultant and develops authorial projects as a multi-artist, singer, songwriter and music producer (Realleza). Born in Brazil, she has a direct degree and postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property. She works in the areas of Copyright, Intellectual Property and Artistic Contracts for publishers, festivals, agencies, record labels and cultural projects. She is the creator of the project “Minha Arte Meus Direitos” (@minhaartemeusdireitos), which seeks to democratize access to knowledge and legal protection for works, artists and independent producers (black, indigenous, LGBTQIA+ and peripheral) within the music industry, through a didactic approach and intersectional language.
