Panamanian Cultural Manager, Yahaira Osiris has over 20 years of experience in the music industry. She is the founder of AtrapandoSueños and Artistic Director of YR Promociones & Eventos. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, such as manager and artist representative, tour manager, announcer, exhibitor, promoter and publicist for artists and major shows. She was nominated among the 25 Most Outstanding Women in Panama and received the BIME Equity award by Amazon Music, in addition to being recognized by the Alcaldía de Panamá for her contribution to the promotion of culture and the arts (2024).
